Stavanger Domkirke

This is an old cathedral called Stavanger Domkirke which was built in Anglo-Norman style, in the year 1125. I have posted it before and this is another look of it from a different angle.

oh my gosh -- 1125! The oldest structures we've got in my area dates back to 1607! Beautiful church!

A very nice pic! I loved visiting this cathedral on a visit to Stavanger many years ago. Have you been inside to see the hand-carved pulpit? It's absolutely gorgeous!

I love seeing the old architecture. This church is beautiful, especially with the brilliant blue sky and white snow in the front.

elle est très belle cette 'cathédrale' sous la neige. j'aime beaucoup cette photo, on a l'impression que rien n'a bougé depuis la création de l'église.

It is very beautiful this' cathedral 'in the snow. I love this picture, it was the impression that nothing has changed since the founding of the church.

Hi Jazzy: I took this photo last week when the snow unusually falled down for two days. I was surprised too :)
